Description
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Charlottesville, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, rotating call every 4th week
Highlights:
- 13-week assignment providing imaging support in the OR for vascular interventional radiology procedures
- Work with advanced Siemens ARTIS PHENO equipment in a dynamic hybrid OR environment
- Exposure to complex vascular cases including EVAR, TEVAR, angioplasty, carotid stenting, and thrombectomy procedures
- Epic charting system experience utilized
- 40 hours of paid orientation to ensure smooth transition
- Up to 40 hours of RTO available per contract
Requirements:
- Active Virginia state license (or eligible for temporary license with current licensure in another state)
- ARRT certification (Vascular Interventional Radiology) required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or vascular imaging
- Proficiency with endovascular interventions, special procedures, and vascular closure systems
- Experience with angioplasty, carotid stenting, hybrid OR procedures, and prep of access sites preferred
- Siemens equipment experience highly desirable
- Trauma Level I experience preferred
- Must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine not required
