Job Opportunity – LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse – Indiana

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Schedule: Shift-based patient care delivery in long-term acute care setting

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years recent telemetry and LTAC experience in hospital setting
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience required
• 2 to 5 years of overall RN experience
• Demonstrated critical thinking, delegation, and supervisory skills
