Requirements:

• New York State Radiation Therapist license (proof of application accepted; license processing may take 8-12 weeks)
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• Completion of AMA-approved Radiation Therapy Technology training program
• Must meet ARRT registry requirements
• Out-of-area candidates preferred (certain local counties not eligible)
• Knowledge of NYSDOH, ARRT, and ACRO radiation safety protocols
