Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular Operating Room Surgical Technologist – Virginia

Start Date: May 25, 2026

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day shift operation from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Call coverage begins at 3:00 PM on assigned days. Weekend call includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rotation when assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac cases requiring cardiopulmonary bypass
• Experience with mediastinum and thoracic surgical procedures
• Competency in daVinci-assisted procedures, open thoracotomy, and VATS
• Ability to assist with pericardial window procedures and ECMO initiation
• Current BLS certification required
• Availability for call coverage including weeknights and weekends
