Start Date: August 10, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Days and nights; 3-4 dyads (6-8 patients) per shift; weekend coverage required; 36-hour orientation

Highlights:

• 40-bed inpatient postpartum unit providing family-centered care to mothers and newborns
• Care for vaginal and cesarean deliveries, healthy newborns, and NAS infants
• EPIC charting system; telemetry interpretation required (EKG exam prior to start)
• Interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• May float to units of similar acuity as needed
• Two periods of pre-approved time off available

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience
• BLS and NRP certification required
• IV start skills and labor & delivery (L&D) experience required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Valid compact or Ohio state RN license in hand at time of submission
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
• Ability to pass EKG/telemetry interpretation exam
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; charge RN acceptable for second reference
