Job Opportunity – Labor & Delivery / Postpartum Registered Nurse – Western Massachusetts

Start Date: July 27, 2026
Location: Western Massachusetts
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour shifts; every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed; on-call availability required

• Join a Joint Commission-accredited Critical Access Hospital and designated Primary Stroke Center with over a century of community healthcare excellence
• 13-week assignment; non-billable orientation provided
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
• Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency (Nursing Pool) license required prior to submission
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Minimum 2 years of current Labor & Delivery experience
• Postpartum / Mother Baby experience required
• Current certifications: BLS (American Heart Association), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and STABLE Program
• Current skills checklists for Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Mother Baby (within 1 year)
• One supervisory reference from the past two years of employment
• Reliable personal vehicle for assignment duration
• Specific interview availability and any requested time off (maximum 5 days) must be provided at time of application
