NO weekends required - just on call shifts for weekends and one weekend every 6 weeks.

Call Requirement: The shift is 0, 3d / week, week-day and weekend call coverage (averages about 1 night a week and one Sat/Sun per 6-week period - must respond within 30 minutes - but sleep room provided for call shift if unable)

PATIENT DIAGNOSES:
40% Inpatient / 60% Outpatient
Heart block/CAD/CHF/Tachycardia

SPECIAL PROCEDURES:
Cardioversion / Defibrillation
LVAD
Obtain 12 Lead EKG
Sheath Removal
Post-Op, Pre-Op
EP Lab, Interventional, Pre/Post, Procedural

4 man team- 2 RN / 2 Techs

REQUIRED: Cath Lab Experience (2 yrs), IABP, Impella
REQUIRED: Patient Recovery

CERTS: ACLS & NCLA required

FLOAT: yes, CathLab/EP - Issaquah campus

#Tier3 Travel Compliance
All candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position. No exceptions.
Floating: All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed. The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff. All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less. In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they’re floated to. Traveler’s refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
