PT needed ASAP Physical Therapist (Any Solid Color Scrubs) SHIFT: DAYS 9A-6P(REQUIRED TO FLOAT, NO CALL REQUIREMENTS) REQUIREMENTS: DOCTORATE DEGREE FROM AN ACCREDITED PROGRAM CURRENT TX LICENSURE BLS 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE EMR MEDHOST TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFORMATION OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE PERMANENT HOME ADDRESS AND SS# ON THE SUBMISSION TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM FACILITY
