Registered Vascular Sonographer - (Sonography - Sono)

Ultrasonographer Tech needed ASAP SHIFT: DAYS - 7A-7P - 3X12'S - CALL SHARED AMONG THE TEAM. REQUIREMENTS: RVT THROUGH ARDMS RVS THROUGH CCI REGISTRY BLS (AHA OR ARC) ****DO NOT SUBMIT IF UNABLE TO START ASAP OR WITHOUT BELOW REQUIREMENTS **** TRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY The Ultrasound Technician is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT), maintains a State License as a general radiographer, and/or is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). The Ultrasound Technician is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: abdominal, pelvic, (gynecological & obstetrical), and transvaginal sonograms. Additionally is proficient at scanning small parts (thyroid, breast & scrotom) along with ultrasound-guided biopsies, drainage, thoracentesis, paracentesis and aspirations.

BLS (ONLY ARC OR AHA ACCEPTED)
