Job Description:

The RN will provide care in a Level 4 NICU setting, handling cases including premature, cardiac defects, genetic disorders, surgical, ECMO, and cooling. The unit has 71 beds with specific nurse-to-patient ratios. Competency in sterile field maintenance and specific nursing procedures is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for premature infants and those requiring cardiac defect intervention and other specialized treatments.
• Maintain clean and sterile environments for surgical and procedural tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level 4 NICU setting.
• Certifications: BLS, NRP, Cardiac STABLE plus preferred.
• Previous travel experience preferred.
• Must pass SIMs Lab for Foley catheter insertion and central line dressing changes.
• Ability to complete lifts, restraints, and wound care training.
