HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Nurse Manager to lead an OR team in Manhasset, NY. This assignment focuses on organ transplant care, including lung and heart procedures, with no on-call responsibilities.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: 8-hour days, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours/week) or (4) 10-hour shifts

• Location: Manhasset, NY

• Setting: Operating Room, Organ Transplant

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing practice, patient care delivery, human and fiscal resources, and regulatory compliance for the unit

• Maintain a professional environment supporting high-quality, patient- and family-centered care

• Lead and supervise OR team members, operations, and patient care activities during assigned shifts

• Perform other related duties as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required; Master’s preferred

• Current New York State RN license

• 6–8 years of nursing experience with 2–5 years in leadership/management

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience

• Organ transplant experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification
