Deliver direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring patients for responses and adverse effects
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes
Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic health record system
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management

Required Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Arkansas or a compact state
Current BLS certification
Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical nursing setting
Ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating 3-day-per-week schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

Experience in a rehabilitation or acute care hospital environment
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
