Contract | Rotating Schedule (includes weekends)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with an approximately equal split between the two
- Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload in inpatient and outpatient environments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California
- Experience in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy settings
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Comfortable managing a blended inpatient and outpatient caseload simultaneously
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume therapy environment
