Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) rehabilitation setting
- Manage patients with complex and critical illnesses requiring extended recovery and rehab support
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Support patients through rehabilitation goals while ensuring safety and quality care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Position Requirements
- Role: Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation / LTAC)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- Critical illness and rehabilitation experience required
- Certifications:
- BLS (AHA required)
- ACLS required
- License: Active Georgia RN License
