Pros
Small OR and new.
Cons
The team is terrible to work with. They will put you in all the cases they don’t want to do. They will make sure you get all holiday calls and basically work around their schedule and you get what’s left. You will be on call a lot. There is no manager there. They are at the main and come through some times so the staff manages. Very clicky and do not recommend. Run actually. No money is worth that in my opinion.
