Excessive call was not disclosed (17+ shifts per month) Entire staff is burnt out, mass unit call-offs to “get back” at management, working 16+ hours during one shift is expected, managements answer to staff concerns is “go somewhere else if you’re not happy”, in one week 3 travelers quit their contracts mid-shift and 2 staff nurses walked out.
