Not so clean environment, chaotic residents, but you can shine to bring peace if you yourself equip with it. Just be the best nurse . Came to work not to argue. Render your service right , be punctual and keep the communication open to everyone stop gossiping take extra mile out of your scope of work.be tough and enjoy.
