As a travel nurse who took a crisis contract at this hospital, my experience, especially on the fourth floor, was absolutely atrocious. The staff nurses were rude and unhelpful, while the CNAs were downright horrible. They barely did their jobs beyond taking vitals and checking blood sugars. I had patients left wet and uncleaned for extended periods. 

One particularly egregious incident involved a patient who was supposed to go to rehab. I explicitly told a CNA to ensure this patient was dressed and ready for transport. Despite my clear instructions, when transportation arrived, the patient was still sitting in his soiled clothes. This kind of neglect is disgraceful and indicative of the broader incompetence at this hospital.

To make matters worse, a doctor actually called me to tell me to call another doctor and then report back. Educating a doctor on why they should directly communicate with another doctor is absurd and not part of my job description. 

The manager was utterly useless, turning a blind eye to all these issues. She had no control over her floor or her staff. This hospital is a nightmare, and I would never recommend it to any healthcare professional.
