GREAT HOSPITAL TEAM WORK ALL AROUND

1. Love the coworkers (besides the second shift older nurses who constantly complain everyday about everything: their work assignment, what their coworkers from day shift have missed and negative opinions about others). 2. Small hometown, family sort of work atmosphere. 3. Wonderful patient population

1. Med-surg and icu manager are bullies and lead by personal opinion, bias, hearsay from others that they fail to fact-check and take their “favorites” word as fact without investigation. 2. Being a small-town hospital, they are not held accountable to basic standards of operation, code of conduct; there is no system of “checks and balances” as CNO is friends with management and HR, so they do what they want in collaboration, without fear of consequence. 3. Reports of harassment are not taken seriously. 4. Management lies on permanent records. 5. If you are not willing to “nod your head yes and say “yes sir” when wrongly accused, this is not the place for you.
