Pros
If you want to work OT it’s there. I loved my coworkers.
Cons
Red dot… basically being on call. You can get two to three dots a week. It can turn into 16 to 24 hours OT a week. If you like OT it’s a great place to work. If you just want to work your 36 or 40 and go home it’s probably not for you. We never seemed to have enough staff. I worked there for two years. I would have stayed i just got tired of traveling after 5 straight years.
