This facility has an amazing autism and acute children program the staff is caring,supportive, and committed to providing high quality care. The adult unit is challenging however staff works as a team friendly and helpful

Need for continuous improvement in education and competency, retention and accountability. The biggest challenge for me was the facility being private with a single owner made it difficult to develop and maintain a stable environment and structure that allowed for consistent growth and improvement among staff creating high level of retention and burnout.
