I was a travel nurse there for two consecutive 13 wk assignments.  I was asked to stay by numerous surgeons and employees.  When I disagreed with a dangerous practice that seriously endangered a patient, I was blackballed by two nurses.  They now tell my recruiter that I do not agree with their policies as the reason I am not allowed to come back.  In my 10 plus years as a traveler, I have never not had an opportunity to return to an assignment.  This is very unjust and sad for the organization.
