Day shift ratios are 1:5 which is pretty good. Staff was great and helpful but unit was pretty old and half of everything was broken. Otherwise I would’ve stayed just because my unit mgr and charge nurses were great!

You will be float to another unit every 4 hours if needed, including being float to the sister hospital across town on day and night shift. And will also send you to the sister hospital in Kentucky. If they didn’t do that it would be okay. The hospitalist were awesome, so approachable and responsive.
