I have been a traveler since 11/21. I have kept renewing my contracts at Franklin General because the staff is amazing and treat travelers with open arms. It also has a great manager and things run very smoothly there.

Okay

Mercy Dubuque, IA. Doctors can be arrogant and mean (I guess not unusual but always a negative). Admin will try to go above ratios at times. House supervisors have no ICU experience. Wasn’t all bad but wasn’t alll good.
