Pros
Small community feel, some really great nurses in most areas.
Cons
They dont have any strong leaders , management at this facility is terrible, unprofessional, underhanded. The CNO doesn't have a clue what she is doing, absolutely does not care for her staff. And all management is so close nit there is no one to turn to for help. Huntsville Hospital Management has no clue how the current management at Highlands is tearing it down from the inside out.
