Staff was very helpful and informative. Their reporting processes with transferring patients need to change. Also, administration made it impossible to provide quality care with their 7:1 patient-nurse ratio on the med-surg floor.

1 to 7 everyday. I got floated to a different floor nearly everyday. Couldn't even make it a weekend on the same floor, even though that floor would be loaded with travelers being shifted around in the same way. Every floor is also set up entirely different from each other so you're constantly looking for things. The core staff were great though. Super friendly and willing to help when they could, but everyone had the same load. There was a lot of shortcuts being taken to stay afloat each shift.
