Main hospital and staff is awesome, med surg 2E/W, 3E/W does not train you and will expect you to do everything staff does and sometimes will never break you. 🫠 if you can secure an ICU/ STEPDOWN only assignment, TAKE IT. 👍🏽 otherwise, be ready to work hard, frequently float, and be expected to chart with absolutely no approved OT.
