Fort Worth

Kindred Hospital Tarrant County - Fort Worth Southwest is a 92-bed long-term acute care hospital treating chronically, critically ill patients with specialized care who require an extended stay in a hospital setting. We are located about 10 miles southwest of downtown Fort Worth, near Oakmont Park; with quick access to many shops and restaurants off Bryant Irvin Road.

Position Summary

Responsible for providing and directing Speech Language Pathology services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations.  Functions under a physicians order.  

Position Qualifications 

Minimum Qualifications:
-  Required Certifications: BLS
-  State Licensure Requirements: Texas License
-  Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
-  Required experience:  
•Member of American Speech-Language and Hearing Association required.


Current, valid, and active license to practice as a SLP  in the state of employment.
