      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool position requiring expertise across ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health units.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work as part of the hospital-wide Nursing Resource Team, floating to ER, ICU, PCU, Med Surg, and Behavioral Health including adult acute, youth acute, and addiction recovery units</li><li>Care for a variety of patient populations across acute care, critical care, and behavioral health settings</li><li>Units range from 21 to 35 beds depending on assignment</li><li>Nurse to patient ratios vary by unit: ICU 1:1-2, Med/Surg 1:5-6, PCU 1:3-4, Behavioral Health 1:5-6 for days and 1:10 overnight</li><li>12-hour shifts, either 0700-1930 or 1900-0730, with every other weekend required</li><li>Shift schedule is determined by unit needs and may involve mid-shift floating</li><li>Equipment includes KBH/YA Restraint board and patient lifts, with training provided during onboarding</li><li>Role requires adaptability, strong time management, and effective teamwork with various units</li><li>Responsibilities include patient assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation of care in multiple specialties</li><li>Assists physicians during exams and procedures and administers medications within RN scope</li><li>Patient and family education on conditions, medications, and self-care is essential</li><li>Orientation includes Restraint-C, MOAB, boundaries, and use of equipment such as lifts and restraint boards</li><li>Dress code is navy blue scrubs</li><li>Regular attendance is essential and holiday coverage may be required</li><li>Client does not accept local candidates and enforces a 50-mile radius eligibility requirement</li></ul>

            <ul><li>Outpatient pediatric speech pathology setting</li><li>Provides care for pediatric patients with a range of speech and language disorders</li><li>Works as part of a multidisciplinary team alongside OT, PT, and local providers</li><li>Responsible for evaluation and treatment of expressive/receptive language delays, apraxia, stuttering, AAC device use, social communication disorders, and autism spectrum disorders</li><li>Utilizes Epic for documentation, Epic experience required</li><li>8-hour day shifts, schedule of 4x12 hours per week</li><li>50-mile radius restriction for candidates, local candidates not accepted</li><li>Diagnoses and treats speech and language problems in children</li><li>Plans and conducts rehabilitative programs to improve communication efficiency</li><li>Participates as a member of a multidisciplinary therapy team</li><li>Expected to meet all relevant state licensing requirements</li><li>Must be able to meet age-specific care needs for assigned pediatric unit</li><li>Regular and predictable attendance is required</li></ul>
