The people who work at the hospital are great. The ones who run the hospital dont not have any clinical experience. Its the pencil pushers and desk jockeys who make working at Robles complicated. 

For example, admin personel receive a yearly bonus for making staff cuts. Admin's only concern are the numbers on the earnings chart. 

The H.R staff is absolutley terrible. (Not naming names, but you will know WHO I am talking about when you go to H.R).

This is the only place I have ever been concerned about losing my license. On the orthopedic floor there, I constantly had 6 patients (supposed to have five). The charge was constantly in staff with max patients. Not good teamwork culture and micromanaged.
