The current contract holder is paying the highest rates around (now that national rates have dropped so low. )
However, be prepared that they do treat travelers poorly. ￼ and by poorly, I mean terrible.
I leave every week thinking I’m not going back ; but then I see my paycheck and realize I can’t make that money anywhere else now that contracts are paying so low. I am seriously considering joining their staff as a regular employee. ￼￼.   They make more hourly. 
“oh! You’re agency” ￼ means you get the worst assignments. You get floated to floors you’ve never seen before and your schedule gets changed a lot. ￼ current contracts here are paying between 40 and 55 an hour plus the Cleveland stipend. I know that’s terrible, but it’s better than the 18 to 27 that I’m seeing everywhere else in Ohio.
