Supervisors are very flexible with scheduling. 5:1 patient assignments for most floors with exception to medical surgical up to 7:1. Charge nurses have 2 years or less clinical experience with no or little leadership experience. Not a bad place to start as a new grad. Pay is a little more than other hospitals.
