Mercy ICU is a very intense critical care area related to the local community culture of healthcare. Very I'll population. The employees there are very upbeat, supportive of one another, and helpful towards outside staff. Pay is ok-could be better. Immediate supervisors and charge staff are wonderful and supportive. Administration is rigid, and not always conducive to assisting their employees with scheduling issues or other issues. Overall, it is a good place for travelers or new graduates.
