Responsibilities<ul>
<li>You will direct care, provide education, seek resources at the unit/department level, and delegate appropriate tasks</li>
<li>You will apply your specialized knowledge towards the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice</li>
<li>You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and related data</li>
<li>Collaborate with patients, families, patient care teams and community/regulatory agencies to ensure safe, timely, efficient, effective patient-centered quality outcomes</li>

Requirements<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three (3) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement</li>

<li>Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)</li>
<li>Current Health Care Provider level CPR certification</li>
<li>ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC certification, as required by facility or department</li>
<li>Certification in specialty area required in one (1) year</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in acute care setting</li>
