Management is some of the best I've ever had, they really care about how we're doing and what we need. The main manager being an RT herself, she's not afraid to talk to upper management and get us what we need. The culture is inclusive because of it, rarely do we have drama within the department because problems are quickly resolved. Highly recommend, I always have a special place in my heart for The Burb.
