From an RN point of view, the staff are super nice, team oriented, open to ideas, and supportive. The location is in a small town, which I love!!! I would absolutely work here again
Cons
NTSH clearly has a lot of potential for growth, having so many buildings that can potentially be full of patients, but it hasn't reached it's full potential, patient head count wise. Point being, this place didn't have much overtime available for agency staff :[
