Great team, modern equipment, approachable and respectful providers, only downside is more paper charting then any other hospital I’ve worked at (sepsis, trauma, stemi, stroke written ppw)

I’ve been with this organization for almost 5 years. Like most hospitals, staffing continues to be an issue. With that being said, if you pick up an extra shift they will compensate with an incentive. I may be biased, but teamwork is huge here at this smaller hospital. Everyone helps out and looks out for one another. Management is okay on days and nights.
