Scheduling is easy and convenient.
Cons
Significant and chronic systemic problems lead to high turnover, bad ratios, and lack of resources to properly care for patients. The leadership is dysfunctional and arguably unqualified for their positions. They do the bare minimum to check compliance boxes and there is no interest in true quality or service improvement.
