 Decentralized unit-based Clinical Pharmacists are valued team members working in patient care areas optimizing patient medication therapies by monitoring drug selection, drug dosage, frequency, food/drug allergies, drug- drug interactions and duplication, medication reconciliation and discharge medications. They are a resource for drug information and education for physicians, nurses, and patients. Also, dose medications under protocols. They also round with Intensivists and Hospitalists playing an active role making recommendations for therapies and changes in therapies.


  


 THE CLINICAL PHARMACIST FULL TIME EVENINGS 7 ON 7 OFF CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING.

Education/Other Qualifications:
Minimum Education:   Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with 5 years Clinical Experience or Doctorate of Pharmacy is required.
Minimum Experience: 5 years Clinical Experience for Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist with a Doctorate of Pharmacy who has completed rotations.
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: South Carolina license required. Residency trained and Board certification is preferred. American Heart Association BLS required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. ACLS required within orientation period.

We are seeking Multimodality Tech who are committed to teamwork, clinical excellence, and serving our community.
 
The purpose of this position is to provide Imaging examinations to patients of all ages.  Technologists demonstrate a working knowledge in two or more modalities.  Must maintain current competencies for exams and related equipment in two or more modalities.  Proficient in routine protocols and positions patients correctly using appropriate technical skills.  Technologists access the patient’s condition, proficient in use of PACS, preparation of examination room, maintaining equipment and supplies. Technologists are required to maintain necessary patient records and participate in departmental Performance Improvement initiatives.   <ul>
 <li>Procedures are completed promptly, following policies.  </li>
 <li>Transfers patient to exam table; ensures proper covering of patient according to policy and procedure.  </li>
 <li>Arranges, attaches, or adjusts immobilization and support devices according to procedure, ensuring limitation of patient movement.  </li>
 <li>Assesses patient’s condition &amp; determines proper breathing instructions (utilizing it properly), exposure factors.  </li>
 <li>Completes all procedures scheduled during the shift without interference to the quality of work; coordinates schedule with other technologists to provide for a steady workflow.  </li>
 <li>Performs related duties as required. </li>
</ul>Required:
<ul>
 <li>Education: Graduate of an accredited Imaging Program. </li>
 <li>Experience: 2 Years clinical experience in more than one modality. </li>
 <li>Certifications/Registrations/Licenses: 
 <ul>
 <li>ARRT (R) and documentation of CT or MRI experience required, must obtain advance credential in CT or MRI within 1 year of employment.

 <li>CT/MRI registry eligible.</li>
