Small, community hospital. Staff are great to work with but there are definitely staffing issues.

They will always give u six patients when u travel so their staff can have 4 and you’ll never work where u r assigned

You WILL never work on your assigned unit. You will ALWAYS FLOAT TO ED HOLDS
