Pay isn't very competitive at all. Raises are low but they happen yearly. Off and on they offer doubletime to staff but its hit and miss. They're short often but they try to hire travelers to compensate staffing. It is a Leapfrog A+ rated hospital though and I do feel like staff works well together. Things would be better if the company wasn't so cheap. Employees would feel more appreciated if they were compensated better.

 American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist experienced in interventional cardiology, structural heart, and EP procedures with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work in a cardiac catheterization lab supporting interventional cardiology, structural heart, and electrophysiology procedures</li><li>Patient population includes pediatric, neonatal, and adult cardiac cases</li><li>Procedures include Cath, EP, Watchman, balloon angioplasty, PCI, stents, thrombectomy, pacemaker, diagnostic catheterizations, impella insertion, and left/right heart cath</li><li>Uses Siemens, Shockwave, Rotoblader/CSI, AngioJet, and Philips Allura FD 20 equipment</li><li>Documentation is done via Epic and McKesson, with Epic experience preferred</li><li>Day shift: 4x10 hour shifts, 07:30–18:00</li><li>Rotating call coverage during week (1800-0730) and weekends (0730-0730)</li><li>No travel pairs or groups accepted</li><li>Accepts first-time travelers</li><li>Scrubs are provided</li><li>Former permanent staff must have separated for at least 1 year before eligible to return as a traveler</li><li>No more than 3 days of requested time off will be approved; no time off permitted during the first week of orientation</li><li>Dress code: scrubs provided</li></ul>
