The amount of glaring patient (and staff) safety concerns is absolutely staggering. There was a single competent management staff member (with genuine clinical knowledge/experience) was holding it all together- even that person has left. Please save yourself

Acuity was 4:1, Select bought them out and they push 5 : 1 which is very heavy because of they type of pts they take. They went from paper to a very old version of Epic which makes charting take twice as long. Select buying out Acuity was a shame. It used to be a great place to work. There were a lot of people who left because they felt their license was not safe.
