Pros
Traveler friendly. Appropriate assignments, 1:2 in NICU, may get CPAP, NAVA, surgical kids. 1:3 or if very short staffed 1:4 in SCN, & they try to help. Occasionally float to PICU with appropriate assignments or Mom baby to take care of up to 6 babies.
Cons
Higher than average cost of living, hard to find housing.
