Good pay for travellers.

Asked to take out of ratio patients. Asked to take 1:6 patients. I called management who stated as a traveler it was okay for me to take this group. I work under California state laws. Often no CNAs. On a decent day the whole unit had 2 CNAs, but frequently there was only one. We were asked to do our own patient care such as turning, answering call bells, in addition to nursing care. It was impossible to turn your patients on time with the added work of CNA.
