      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a Level 1 trauma unit, requiring a ND or compact RN license and recent Level 1 trauma experience.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is based in an acute care hospital on the 7CD Medical-Specialty Med/Surg unit</li><li>32-bed unit serving adult medical/surgical and behavioral health patients</li><li>Nurse-to-patient ratios are typically 5:1 on days and 6:1 on nights</li><li>Uses telemetry, Philips monitors, bladder scanner, Acuivein, Omnicell, and the EPIC EMR system</li><li>12-hour day/night rotating shifts with every other weekend and holiday required</li><li>Floating required to all Med/Surg units on all three campuses in Fargo</li><li>Clinicians must badge in and out at the facility</li><li>Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues</li><li>Care for a diverse range of medical/surgical patients as well as patients experiencing behavioral disturbances</li><li>First-time travelers are accepted</li><li>Holiday coverage is required as part of rotation</li><li>All rooms are private with dedicated patient mobility equipment</li><li>Orientation provided prior to start</li><li>Returning travelers must have an end date at Sanford Health at least 6 months prior to consideration</li></ul>
