Pros
The cafeteria is good that's about it.
Cons
They don't have standing IM orders, NO security on units, very acute units roughly 10+ codes a day, no medication scanners, The doctors want you to put in ALL the orders, Management never seems to be around. They will live 1 nurse on the unit with like 20 patients. Lots of staff were injured while I was there. Cut out my assignment early along with many other travelers.
