Staff stinks
The ICU staff weren't helpful, nor were they inviting to travelers. They would stand around and watch you as a traveler sink instead of offering to help. Seeing how they work off of like 3 different charting systems and them systems don't share information so you have to search for orders in the dark because you weren't getting no help! The Step-down u it was great, the staff were always willing to help and answer questions on where to find stuff.
