Pay and differentials are a bit below market average but the MD state benefits help make up for it. 28 PTO days per year. Pension vested after 10 years. Most nurses work 8 hr shifts, a select few RN’s get 12’s but it’s hard to get that schedule. Required to work every other weekend. Overall a solid place to work.
