Radiology staff are super welcoming and helpful; trauma level 4 hospital so the patient load is never super overwhelming and everyone on the team is eager and willing to help when it gets busy.
Cons
Management will schedule themselves as an extra person some days and then not pick up the slack so you're forced to do twice the work some days, but it's manageable.
