The hospital THR is a good company to work for despite the fact that I was there 6 months and was still getting paid like a new grad and I’ve been a nurse 2 years. Also, some of the night shift nurses on the 3rd floor are not very nice and a lot of them smile in your face and then lie on you to the supervisor if you don’t blend in with their clique.
